We like to be flexible, and easy to get to. Our group training can be done in your premises or any location you wish. Our One-on-One Training can also be done in your premises or a coffee shop nearby. However the ideal is that you come to us. And to make this as easy and attractive as possible, we have even purchased a 42 foot boat to act as a Floating Office.
Our Floating Office - serving the City, Eastern Suburbs, many of the Northern Suburbs, suburbs along the Parramatta River - and anywhere that's near Sydney Harbour.
If you're working with our Chairman, Tony Lenart (on one of the rare occasions he's in Australia) then you might like to work from our floating office which he can pilot to Darling Harbour (on the City side, right next to the restaurants at Cockle Bay - just over the footbridge from Market St.) You can walk on and off with ease (even with high heels). So the only problem you'll have is convincing your work-mates that enjoying yourself on our boat really is hard work.
Alternatively he can pick you up from any Public Wharf. So if you're near the Harbour, you're near our office.

Our Weekend Retreat
Many of our One-on-One programs are conducted over a
weekend at a cabin on the Hawkesbury River, in the bush. These
intensive weekends away have created major changes for our
clients.
International
Work
A lot of the work we do is for international companies and
charities based overseas. Our training has even featured on
prime-time news programs in India, Malaysia, Rwanda and Uganda.
We even established a campus in Uganda next to the American Embassy (Ggaba Rd Kampala) which had 18 staff, and we had a representative in Rwanda. However, the Institute of Advanced Leadership (Uganda) is now run autonomously by Ugandans, and IAL (Australia) are no longer associated with it.
For our week long One-on-One intensives {which create extraordinary changes in participants}, all expenses are covered by us. There is no charge for airfare or travel expenses. And as with all our One-on-One clients, we pay for all accommodation & food, equipment hire, and the provision of a substantial amount of reference materials (books, tapes, videos, profiles, software etc).
Interstate
Work
As more than half of our clients are overseas or
interstate, we're used to travelling. In fact the only difference
between our interstate and local clients is that we prefer to see
interstate clients for a day or more, rather than, say, 2 hours at a
time. And we back this up with regular phone and E'Mail contact,
coaching, and follow-up.
